BABY TURTLE
- 2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila reposado 
- ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Campari 
- ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice 
- ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh grapefruit juice 
- ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup 
- 2 dashes saline solution 
- 1 fresh egg white 
- cinnamon to garnish 
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain over a BFC in a rocks glass / garnish with cinnamon
ABOUT
This drink is one of the most popular cocktails at San Francisco’s Trick Dog. I was told it was created by Morgan Schick, who oversaw the bar at the time. The flavors all work together and you get a nice mouthfeel from the foam. Cheers y’all!
