Capri Sour

CAPRI SOUR

  • 1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. Amaro Meletti

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. mezcal

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Campari

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat

  • 2 dashes saline solution

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / garnish with lemon wheel and maraschino cherry

ABOUT
This bright bittersweet sour was created by Pete St. Peter (@petetini) for Capri Club (Los Angeles, CA). Although Campari is listed, I encourage you to try any red bitter liqueur or a blend, as they do at Capri Club. This one is perfect for the warm weather ahead! Cheers y’all!
