CLOVER & OUT

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. gin

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. dry vermouth

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. strawberry syrup or jam

  • 1 fresh egg white or other foamer

  • Angostura bitters to garnish

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake without ice (“dry shake”) / add ice / shake until chilled / strain into coupe / garnish with Angostura bitters

ABOUT
This is my take on a strawberry Clover Club. The specs stay pretty similar to the original, but I bumped everything up a tad besides the gin. Just like the original, gin, berries, and lemon are a trifecta of flavors. Hope you give this one a try! Cheers y’all!
