• 1¾ oz. / 52.5 ml. mezcal

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh carrot juice

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup

• 2 dashes orange bitters

• salt and pink peppercorn rim

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora that’s rimmed with salt and pink peppercorn / no extra garnish
