LAFAYETTE ST. HIGHBALL

  • 1¾ oz. single-malt whiskey (St. George Baller Whiskey)

  • ¼ oz. coffee liqueur (St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur)

  • soda water to top

METHOD
add ice to to highball glass / pour ingredients over ice / top with soda water / briefly stir to mix / garnish with orange slice

ABOUT
I saw this highball featured in a coffee liqueur series by Daelin Jensen (@thecraftedcapture), someone who you should all be following! This cocktail was created by Othón Nolasco in 2021 as part of a highball competition for St. George Spirits, where a max of four ingredients could be used, including St. George Baller Single Malt Whiskey. Simple and absolutely delicious! Cheers y’all!
