Snappy Saturn

SNAPPY SATURN

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. snap pea–infused gin

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. falernum

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. green Chartreuse

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. orgeat

  • blue curaçao mist, to garnish (optional)

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake / dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with blue curaçao mist and mint bouquet after slapping it to express the oils

SNAP PEA-INFUSED GIN
8 oz. gin + 1 cup roughly chopped snap peas
combine / let sit for 2–4 hours / fine strain / bottle

ABOUT
This cocktail is my summer riff on the classic Saturn, made with snap pea–infused gin for a crisp, garden-fresh twist. The combination of passionfruit, orgeat, and Chartreuse keeps things bright, herbaceous, and layered. The blue curaçao mist is optional if you're feeling a little extra. Cheers y’all!
