Summer In St. Tropez

SUMMER IN ST. TROPEZ

• 1 oz. / 30 ml. tequila blanco

• 1 oz. / 30 ml. Cynar

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

• ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. demerara syrup

• 7 drops Old Fashion bitters (Fee Brothers)

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / express grapefruit peel oil over the surface / garnish with a grapefruit twist (subbed lime here because I ran out)
