SURF LINER
2 oz. / 60 ml. rye whiskey
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. orgeat
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice / garnish with pineapple frond, lemon wheel, and cherry

Peychaud’s bitters give the drink its lovely light pink color, pineapple and orgeat add a bright, tropical bent, and rye whiskey provides a spicy backbone.
