Tulum Raider
TULUM RAIDER
- 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila 
- ½ oz. / 15 ml. mezcal 
- ½ oz. / 15 ml. Aperol 
- 1 oz. / 30 ml. fresh lime juice 
- ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. pineapple juice 
- 1 tsp. / 5 ml. agave syrup 
- 2 dashes grapefruit bitters 
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add ice and shake until chilled / strain into a glass over fresh ice / garnish with pineapple frond
