WRONG PARADISE
1 oz. / 30 ml. aged Jamaican rum (Hampden Estate 8 year)
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. bitter bianco (Luxardo)
½ oz. / 15 ml. coconut liqueur (quality one)
½ oz. / 15 ml. pineapple distillate (Banhez)
1 dash tiki bitters (Bittermens)
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over your choice of large format ice / garnish with dehydrated pineapple wheel (I only had pineapple fronds)
