Beach House Gimlet
BEACH HOUSE GIMLET
1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. gin
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. St. George Green Chile vodka
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. simple syrup
1 tsp. / 5 ml. banana liqueur
1 dash absinthe
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish intended (I used a dehydrated chile)

This cocktail was created in 2020 by Shannon Ponche for Death & Co (@deathandcompany). It balances bright citrus and subtle heat with a tropical twist. The absinthe brings a little bit of herbal complexity on the finish. Cheers y’all!
