COMO SPRITZ
1 oz. / 30 ml. Cynar
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. passionfruit syrup
¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. / 90 ml. prosecco, to top
METHOD
add Cynar, passionfruit syrup, and lemon juice to a glass / add 1 oz prosecco and fill with ice / top with remaining prosecco / gently stir / garnish with an orange twist or orange slice

This cocktail is a recent creation by the brilliant Sam Ross (@samueljoelross) for Good Guy’s (NYC). Inspired by a summer on Lake Como, it’s a drink meant to take you there—bittersweet, bright, and oh so refreshing. The depth of Cynar meets the tropical punch of passionfruit, all lifted by bubbles.
