DISPLACED ITALIAN

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. overproof Jamaican rum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. coconut fat washed Averna

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. espresso

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. cinnamon-vanilla syrup

  • 2 dashes tiki bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with three coffee beans

COCONUT FAT WASHED AVERNA
4 oz. Averna
1 oz. melted coconut oil
pour oil into Averna / stir / let sit for a few hours or longer / I occasionally stir to ensure Averna makes even contact / refrigerate / fine strain out oil / store in sealed bottle
