EPIMETHEUS

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. dry gin

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. falernum

  • ¾–1 oz. / 22.5–30 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. ginger syrup

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a mint sprig

ABOUT
This cocktail was created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) who made it for a Swedish gin company (Kyflinge Gin). It’s a riff on the classic Saturn tiki drink, and appropriately named after one of Saturn’s moons. Here, he subs in ginger for the passionfruit, which gives it a nice punch. Cheers y’all!
