PATIO CRUSHER

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. Green Chile Vodka (St. George Spirits)

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Aperol

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. simple syrup

  • 1 dash orange bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a lemon twist (optional)

ABOUT
This appropriately named cocktail was created by Tyler Wang (@tyquilana). I rarely post vodka cocktails because vodka is bland, but here you can a beautiful spice from the green chiles. This cocktail is fresh, spicy, and perfect for that warm patio weather. You’ll be making more than one! Cheers y’all!
