GLASS CLOSET

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. vodka

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. dry vermouth

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. maraschino liqueur

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup (@liberandco)

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. fresh lime juice (optional)

METHOD

add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a maraschino cherry

ABOUT
This cocktail was created by Liber & Co. to highlight their Tropical Passionfruit Syrup. I know it’s vodka-based—but its neutrality lets the passionfruit, cherry, and vermouth shine. I added lime for my palate—optional, but I liked the acidity to pull it all into balance. Cheers y’all!
