RABBIT SZN

• 1½ oz. / 45 ml. tequila blanco

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. ginger syrup

• soda water, to top

• ½ oz. / 15 ml. sweet vermouth, to float

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / add a small amount of crushed ice and shake until chilled / dirty dump into glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / float sweet vermouth over the surface / garnish with mint bouquet after slapping it to express oils

This cocktail was created by Resa Mueller (@resa_why) at R&D in Philadelphia. It’s hard not to like this one. It’s definitely a crowd pleaser with the vermouth adding an extra layer of depth. Cheers y’all!
