GOODNIGHT PEACH

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Cognac

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. aged rum

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Bénédictine

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. peach syrup

  • pinch of salt

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / no garnish

ABOUT
This cocktail was created by Liber & Co. It’s a stirred, spirit-forward drink that combines the warmth of Cognac and aged rum with the herbal depth of Bénédictine. Peach syrup adds a soft fruit note, and a pinch of salt rounds the flavors, making it a complex, balanced nightcap. Cheers y’all!
