• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Batavia Arrack

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. dry gin

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Campari

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. sweet vermouth

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a maraschino cherry

This Negroni has the addition of Arrack, an Indonesian sugarcane spirit akin to rum and cachaça, that ferments with red rice and indigenous yeast for a funky, lovely taste. Cheers y’all!
