Passionfruit and Flowers

PASSIONFRUIT AND FLOWERS

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. spiced rum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit liqueur

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. elderflower liqueur

  • ¾–1 oz. / 22.5–30 ml. fresh lime juice

  • ⅓ oz. / 10 ml. simple syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with small amount of ice until ice melts (“whip shake”) / pour into a glass / top with crushed or pebble ice / garnish with a bouquet of mint after slapping it to express the oils

ABOUT
A tropical beauty created by Matthias Soberon (@servedbysoberon) and an excuse for me to use the one bottle of spiced rum I have. This one can become too sweet so make sure you adjust the citrus accordingly. Cheers y’all!
