FINAL BUZZ

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Calvados

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. gin

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. Green Chartreuse

• ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lemon juice

• 1 barspoon bee pollen

METHOD
add all ingredients including bee pollen to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with maraschino cherry

ABOUT
A Last Word riff created by Ron (@moodycocktails) that trades maraschino for Calvados and swaps in lemon to highlight the apple notes. Bee pollen adds a subtle texture and floral hum. It is stronger than the original and you may consider a barspoon of honey or simple if you want to smooth it out. Cheers y’all!
