RANDALL PORTER

  • 1¼ oz. / 37.5 ml. tequila reposado

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. banana liqueur

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Fernet Branca

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. demerara syrup

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a BFC or clear ice sphere / express orange peel oil over surface / garnish with orange twist and slapped rosemary

ABOUT
This drink was created by Feizal Valli of The Atomic Lounge in Birmingham, Alabama. Valli uses aged tequila and pairs it with fruit and spice. The sweetness from the banana pairs wonderfully with the spice of the fernet. Garnish with slapped rosemary to accentuate the earthy side of this drink. Cheers y’all!
