SEAPORT

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. mezcal

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Green Chartreuse

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. simple syrup

  • 2 dashes orange bitters

METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with a pineapple frond (optional)

ABOUT
This cocktail was created by Brandon Bramhell at Attaboy (Nashville, TN). It’s his agave twist on the Downtown cocktail (gin, yellow Chartreuse, pineapple, lemon). This one is a little smoky, a little juicy, and way too easy to finish. Cheers y’all!
