SMOOTHER THAN A HORSE ON SKATES

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. bourbon

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. bitter bianco

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. Yellow Chartreuse

  • 3 dashes orange bitters

  • orange peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into rocks glass over a BFC / express orange peel oils over surface / garnish with orange twist

ABOUT
This cocktail was created in 2018 by Jenner Cormier (@jennercormier) at Bar Kismet in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I first came across it via Frederic Yarm, who spotted it in Imbibe. It’s one of those drinks that walks the line between bright and spirit-forward. This one is easy to sip in the middle of summer, but with enough depth to enjoy any time of year. Cheers y’all!
