Tiger’s Claw
TIGER’S CLAW
2 oz. / 60 ml. tequila reposado
½ oz. / 15 ml. coffee liqueur
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple juice
¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice
½ oz. / 15 ml. cinnamon syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
METHOD
add all ingredients to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over crushed or pebble ice / garnish with a bouquet of mint after slapping it to express the oils and an orange slice (I used an orange twist)

This cocktail was created by Erick Castro (@hungrybartender) at Gilly’s House of Cocktails in San Diego, CA. It’s a mix of reposado tequila, pineapple, and lime that feels light on its feet, but the coffee liqueur and cinnamon give it a roasted depth and warm spice. I could enjoy this one year round.
