Tropical Sazzy

TROPICAL SAZZY

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple Jamaican rum

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Cognac

  • 1 tsp. / 5 ml. falernum

  • 4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • absinthe to rinse

  • lemon peel oil

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into an absinthe rinsed glass / express lemon peel oil over surface / no garnish
