Tropical Sazzy
TROPICAL SAZZY
1 oz. / 30 ml. pineapple Jamaican rum
1 oz. / 30 ml. Cognac
1 tsp. / 5 ml. falernum
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters
absinthe to rinse
lemon peel oil
METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into an absinthe rinsed glass / express lemon peel oil over surface / no garnish
