Zero Gravity

ZERO GRAVITY

  • 2 oz. / 60 ml. non-alcoholic gin

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. falernum

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. fresh lemon juice

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. orgeat

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. passionfruit syrup

  • 2 dashes tiki bitters

  • 1 dash saline solution

  • ¼ tsp. xanthan gum* (optional)

  • 1 cup ice, to blend

METHOD
add all ingredients to a blender / add ice and blend until even incorporated / pour into glass / garnish with lemon twist and a maraschino cherry (“Saturn”)

*Xanthan gum adds body, smooths texture, and helps keep ingredients evenly suspended.

ABOUT
I came up with this Saturn riff for my partner who just had surgery and can’t have alcohol. Who said mocktails are boring? This one is packed with all the tiki flavor. Cheers y’all!
