Jasper’s Rum Punch

JASPER’S RUM PUNCH

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. overproof Jamaican rum

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. Jasper’s Basic Stock Mix*

METHOD
combine all / flash blend, whip shake, or swizzle with pebble ice / pour into glass / top with ice / garnish with mint and fresh nutmeg

*JASPER’S BASIC STOCK MIX
3 oz. sugar
4 oz. fresh lime juice
¼ oz. Angostura bitters
¼+ tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
combine all / shake to fully mix / bottle / refrigerate

Originally crafted in the 1950s by Jasper Le Franc, head bartender at Montego Bay’s Bay Roc Hotel, this recipe features a stock mix Jasper used in countless cocktails. This one hits all the right notes: bright, bitter, boozy, and balanced. Cheers y’all!
