INDIGRONI

  • 1½ oz. / 45 ml. Batavia Arrack

  • 1 oz. / 30 ml. Bitter Bianco

  • ½ oz. / 15 ml. Amontillado sherry

  • ¼ oz. / 7.5 ml. blue curaçao

METHOD
add all ingredients to mixing glass / stir with ice until chilled / strain into a glass over a clear BFC / garnish with lime twist

ABOUT
This cocktail comes from Jordan Hughes (@highproofpreacher), and while it’s not a Negroni in the strictest sense, it plays in the same bittersweet, spirit-forward space with a twist. Arrack, rum’s funkier Indonesian cousin, brings depth. Bitter Bianco, sherry, and a splash of blue curaçao round it out with elegance and a lovely indigo hue. Cheers y’all!
