MEZCAL LITTLE WING

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. mezcal

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. elderflower liqueur

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml Aperol

  • ¾ oz. / 22.5 ml. fresh lime juice

  • 2 cucumber slices

METHOD

add all ingredients including cucumber slices to shaker tin / shake with ice until chilled / fine strain into coupe or Nick and Nora / garnish with additional cucumber slice or ribbon

This Paper Plane riff comes from Jean-Félix Desfossés (@jfdesfosses), which is really a mezcal twist on his original bourbon cocktail, the Little Wing. It covers a wide range of flavors: smoky, bitter, sweet, and sour. Bold, refreshing, and perfect for introducing someone to mezcal or pleasing those who already love it. Cheers y’all!
